Adopt a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Rocklin Making Appointments to the Various Boards, Commissions, and Committees. 

Adopt an Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Rocklin Approving and Adopting a Military Equipment Use Policy for Fiscal Year 2024-25.

Adopt a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Rocklin Establishing Compensation for Members of the Arts Commission.

1. Adopt a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Rocklin Adopting Budgets for Community Facilities Districts Bond Debt Service Funds for Fiscal Year 2024/25.
2. Adopt a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Rocklin Requesting the Collection of Special Taxes on the 2024/25 Tax Roll.

1. Adopt a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Rocklin Awarding a Professional Services Contract for Engineering Services for the At-Grade Railroad Roadway and Pedestrian Improvements Project to Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. and Authorizing the City Manager to Execute the Agreement.
2. Adopt a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Rocklin Approving Reimbursement Agreements with Union Pacific Railroad (UPRR) Company for Preliminary Engineering Services for the At-Grade Railroad Roadway and Pedestrian Improvements Project and Authorizing the City Manager to Execute the Agreements.

Adopt a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Rocklin Approving and Authorizing the City Manager to Execute Amendment No. 1 to the Contract Services Agreement with Bureau Veritas North America, Inc. for Building Plan Review and Inspection Services.

3. Adopt a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Rocklin Awarding an On-Call Professional Services Contract to Shums Coda and Associates, Inc. and Authorizing the City Manager to Execute the Agreement.
4. Adopt a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Rocklin Awarding an On-Call Professional Services Contract to CSG Consultants and Authorizing the City Manager to Execute the Agreement.
5. Adopt a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Rocklin Awarding an On-Call Professional Services Contract to BPR, Inc. and Authorizing the City Manager to Execute the Agreement.

Adopt a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Rocklin Acknowledging the Fire Department’s Compliance with Sections 13146.2 and 13146.3 of the California Health and Safety Code.

Approve a Proclamation Declaring the Month of July as Parks and Recreation Month, and Designate the Mayor to Sign the Proclamation on Behalf of the City Council.

Adopt a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Rocklin Approving and Authorizing the Purchase of Four Chevrolet Tahoe Police Vehicles from Winner Chevrolet and Authorizing the City Manager to Purchase the Vehicles from Winner Chevrolet.

1. Adopt a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Rocklin Approving a Notice of Exemption (City-Wide Bark and Play Fiber Maintenance).
2. Adopt a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Rocklin Awarding the Contract for the City-Wide Bark & Play Fiber Maintenance to Jet Mulch, Inc., and Authorizing the City Manager to Execute an Agreement.

1. Adopt a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Rocklin Approving a Notice of Exemption (Corporation Yard Shop Roof Restoration and Gutter Replacement).
2. Adopt a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Rocklin Awarding the Contract for the Corporation Yard Shop Roof Restoration and Gutter Replacement to United Building Contractors, Inc. and Authorizing the City Manager to Execute Construction Agreement.

1. Adopt a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Rocklin Approving a Notice of Exemption (Corporation Yard Portable Releveling and Dry Rot Repair).
2. Adopt a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Rocklin Awarding the Contract for Corporation Yard Portable Releveling and Dry Rot Repair to Reliant Construction, Inc., and Authorizing the City Manager to Execute an Agreement.

Adopt a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Rocklin Rescinding Resolution No. 2024-136 and Adopting a List of Projects for Fiscal Year 2024/25 Funded by Senate Bill 1: The Road Repair and Accountability Act of 2017.

3. Adopt a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Rocklin Approving Rules, Regulations, Benefits, and Policies Relating to Employee Relations Between the Management, Confidential, and Unrepresented Employees and the City; Repealing Resolution No. 2023-134.

Conduct a Public Hearing and Consider the Following Actions:

1. Adopt a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Rocklin Imposing Special Assessments Against Certain Parcels for Delinquent Weed Abatement Charges.
2. Adopt a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Rocklin Requesting the Collection of Taxes, Assessments on the 2024/25 Tax Roll (Weed Abatement Charges).

Conduct a Public Hearing and, if there is No Majority Protest, Consider the Following Action:

Adopt a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Rocklin Amending Solid Waste Collection Service Rates within the Incorporated Limits of the City of Rocklin and Rescinding Resolution No. 2023-110. 

Conduct a Public Hearing and Consider the Following Actions:

1. Adopt a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Rocklin Imposing Special Assessments Against Certain Parcels for Delinquent Refuse Collection Fees.
2. Adopt a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Rocklin Requesting the Collection of Taxes, Assessments on the 2024/25 Tax Roll (Delinquent Refuse Collection Fees).

Conduct a Public Hearing and Consider the Following Action:

Adopt a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Rocklin Authorizing the Annual Inflation Adjustments to the Public Facilities Impact Fees.

Adopt a Resolution of the Public Financing Authority of the City of Rocklin Adopting a Budget for Fiscal Year 2024/25.
